Default California Car Cover
I highly recommend California Car Cover. The cover I got from them fits my 289 FIA car "like a glove". They even had a pattern for the "289 FIA" bodystyle. It has a soft flannel lining that does not scratch the paint, and fits snugly all around the car. Many covers I've seen are so loose that they merely "drape" the car, and any light breeze could blow it right off the car.

I also ordered one of their covers for my '65 Mustang convertible - it fits very nicely, too.
