Any reference to illegals by me is just that. Illegals. there are many who are not Hispanic. It is not their culture that is a suspect, their status.

It is also true that when we talk about illegals in California we are mostly referring to those from Mexico.

If you found anything in what I said that IS denegrading the culture or Hispanics, my apologies. I still have a hard time with "illegals' whether they be from Mexico, Cuba, or Canada. Something about the status of being illegal in a country that has frequent amnesty programs, and is rather charitable acceptance of all, and making demands like they did today by boycotting , closing shops and carrying signs demanding Drivers Licanses, just irks me.
Maybe I got this all wrong.
