Just thinking about Mexican immigrants - can they even get into the country leggally anymore??? Its next to impossible (with my companies backing) to get a highly educated worker into the country on a permanent basis, how the heck does a dirt-poor family from Mexico make this happen?

I think the answer is that they can't legally which is why they do it any other way they can.
