What about those workers who were laid off, and now spending their 401Ks?

No doubt, cheaper goods helps us all, unless we are one of those who lost our jobs, and with no hope for the future.

Take the example of United Airlines. What if they decided to do ALL their maint. in China. Including dead heading, they may very well be cheaper. They close down all their maint. facilities in major cities wherever they can.

Surely , that would help to the bottom line , how will it help the bottom line of those mechanics who are not working. My understanding is, most airlines are NOT hiring!!
