Most of what Turk last said above I agree with. However, there is nothing wrong or misleading by saying "Yes its a REAL Cobra newly manufactured by Shelby American. Its a new Continuation Series Cobra from Shelby American". They can then think whatever they want after that it doesn't matter to me.

However, I have always whereever possible given people that clarification as to the car and nearly everyones reaction that I've seen accepts the car as a REAL Cobra and many times I heard many say "wow this is the REAL deal" or "yeah I heard he started making Cobras again so this is one of them" They clearly don't see it as as just a "replica". Thats been my experience in the vast majority of cases.

When people ask me "is that REAL?" I say yes because it is. Period. Wherever possible I explain its history as above.
