Thanks for the reply about the Rangers. The reason I asked is that I've never met a Ranger that pontificated as much as you do. Most are pretty quiet guys.

Anyway I am glad that you feel so strongly about your Shelby. No envy here though.

I suspect most of the discussion is really about the word "REAL" (no news here.)

If a person were you ask you if your Shelby was REAL, and you honestly (this might be a foreign concept to an attorney) felt they did not mean a 65 or 66 Shelby Cobra then you could respond - "Why yes, it is."
However if you (at any time) thought they might mean an original 65-66 then - guess what - any answer but NO is a lie.

It's kind of like if a veteran who did not serve in Vietnam pretending that they were a Vietnam veteran.
You may fool people that don't know any difference but in the end you'r only fooling yourself and you'll never fool the real war vets.
