I talked to a person at our DMV and he told me that you should have no problem at all and that if the car was already registered under SB-100, it should be no different than if you bought a used Ford pickup from someone. He said just take your paperwork in like you would any other car and have the title transferred into your name. Just make sure that you take everything that pertains to the car in any manner as it depends on the clerk as to how much they may ask for. He said all he would ask for was the normal paperwork to transfer the car and to see the papers showing the SPCN. He said it should be no different than a normal used car transfer.
