so ron, does that mean i don't even have to wait until 2004 to do it? The paperwork i have is as follows:

Title
Registration
Bill of Sale
Original SPCN SB100 sequence cert.
an original smog cert that says it's SB100
Original brake and lamp adjustment forms

will i not have to deal with BAR at all? Do i still need a sequence number? I made an appointment for Jan 2 already but it sounds like what you are saying is that i really don't have to do anything.
