450's are all you need. More than you need really. They also are mechanical secondary which make them easy to dial in to your desired driving style. They are not equipped for a choke but I started my car today and it only took about 45 seconds to get it smoothed out.

The offy will work fine on the 428. $500 is a good deal with decent carbs.
