Looks like someone left 1st gear out of it...if it is indeed a 4 speed tranny....all the other gears look the same though.
Oh, one other thing I noticed....the 1st/2nd gear synchro shifter ring is backwards....the shifter fork should be on the other side of the reverse gear...
