Well...if it's a 4 speed, there's parts missing, and other parts backwards. If it's a 3-speed, then it looks like 1st gear and reverse are on the same synchronizer...which wouldn't make sense. Plus the lack of another shifter cam throws a wrench into it. Basically, I don't know what it is....You need to get David Kee involved in this.
