Any good street/strip clutch set would work...Hays, McLeod, Centerforce...I'd go with at least a 10.5" setup.
I have a 425ci Windsor stroker....using a 10.5" Hays setup...Borg and Beck 3-fingered pressure plate, street/strip clutch disc. Should be fine for the street...especially with a light car and street tires.
