OK, now I am really upset. I hired a registration company to file my SB100 paperwork. They told me a DMV supervisor in Sacramento blocked ANY applications today (1/2/04) until they had the Attorney General's office issue a letter clearing "kit car" registrations. (referred to the fraud case from the Arkansas company) The Atty Gen office denies this is necessary. DMV still said no! The net result for me, no SB100 #, no pink sticker. How did you pull this off?
