It's a Hurst. Make sure it's adjusted correctly before you assume it needs rebuilt. There's a slot at the bottom of the shifter body and holes in all the levers. With the trans in neutral, a dowell (drill bit) should fit snuggly through all levers and shifter body. Believe it's 3/16-in. dowell, or one that just fits.

If the dowel doesn't fit in neutral, disconnect the levers, slide the dowell (drill) in place, then adjust the levers to fit the levers. This will correctly adjust the shifter. If it doesn't shift right after doing this, the shifter or transmission is the problem.

Hurst used to rebuild shifters. Check with your local speed merchant to find out if this is still done.
