Default clutch pivot arm movement

i'm using a mustang style bell housing and a centerforce clutch between a 351 W and a tremec tko tranny. in Unique's kit, the clutch is operated by a hydraulic slave cyl. as opposed to mustang's cable method.

although i'm getting motion at the slave cyl. of about 1", the clutch is not releasing.

centerforce tells me that i only need to move the pressure plate 0.360 inches to disengage.

do you know how far the pivot arm should move to result in 0.360 motion at the pressure plate? in other words, what i need to know is what is the ratio between the pivot arm around the pivot point.

thanks
