i just changed the same pulley on my single wire powermaster. an allen wrench and a 15/16 wrench is all it took to break the nut loose. its standard thread...lefty loosey. an impact wrench makes it easier but i had no problem getting it off with the two wrenches. while you're in there, take note of the spacer behind the fan. the spacer on mine was to thick, which moved the fan assembly out from the housing. i changed the spacer (washer) to one that was thinner to achieve better cooling.
