Randy,

You don't have a heater so the hookup is similar to what Greg and I have. Except you will need to:

1) cap the upper small fitting of the water pump (the one that currently has the short U hose).

2) connect the lower small fitting of the water pump (the one that has the short U hose) to the bottom of the expansion tank.

3) connect the top fitting of the expansion tank (not the overflow) to the top of the radiator (you may need to add a fitting to the radiator).

4) connect the large coolant return line directly to the top of the radiator.

5) Feed the overflow at the cap on the expansion tank to a catch can or run the line down through the frame fails onto the road.

Your current setup is different because it passes the large coolant line through the expansion tank.

Greg - hope you got the chance to put some miles on it before it got too cold.
