The three-Weber set-up may be available, if they have been able to cobble up a manifold, but the premise is not correct. The traditional 4 Weber set up is highly streetable. I have 48 IDFs which have a little more progressive transition from idle to main circuits than the IDAs, but both are used successfully on street Cobras by a good number of folks on this forum. Anyone who says Webers are not streetable either doesn't own them or didn't know how to tune them properly.
