Hi David,

I've got some fairly heavy duty gear pullers but if I did the hub again I would use a press. There's not much for the gear puller to grab hold of and it was working pretty hard.

The Rear shocks on Ians newer cars are the same as the front (Mine are an inch shorter). You will need to make some adapters for the lower shock mounts on the rear. The distance from the ruber shock knuckle on the ford lower arm to where your lower mount will end up is about 65mm. You can see the adapter I made here: Shock mount
