Another venue for you is in Tulsa just south on Hiway 75 about 3 hours and that is the 30th Annual Mustang and Shelby show in June (June 10-13). Each year seems to get bigger and bigger with vendors and participants. Last year representatives from Superformance, Shelby, Shell Valley (Mid-States), as well as many others I probably didn't see were here. Check this site out and email me if you have any questions:

I also wouldn't be surprised to see the boys from Backdraft here next year. The event draws thousands of people and several hundred participants. Each year the kit car group has grown significantly as well as the vendors. Last year at Hallet the Goodyear guys brought a truck load of their performance tires and we could try them out for free on our cars. They would mount, balance, and then un-mount them at the end of the day for free. No hassels at all.
