429 Heating Up

Hi, guys. I have a Cobra with a 429 and C6 that just wants to run hot...particularly on our summer days in south Texas. Any ideas of how I might best get her cooled down? Electric fans, if so how best do you configure them? Side oil cooler, if so how tough a job is it? Both?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
