I tried all the usual things. Went to a wrecking yard and found a fan from (I believe) a Mark VIII. After modifying the shroud to fit my four core radiator I no longer fear hot weather and traffic jams. I really feel a full, good fitting shroud is the reason. This did give need for a better alternator, but was worth it. Bill
