Cobra Make, Engine: Butler Racing/427 side oiler

well wizard I have a 427 and my car runs around 200-230 if its really being pushed ....tore the whole engine down a week ago and all new gaskets ...exactly the same temp ....what would be the high end for temp guys? I have seen it around 225 but thats in stop and go traffic
