drysump & oil cooler

Firstly,
I there a dry sump system for a 460 and who makes it. Is it worth it to have it installed.

Secondly
I was told it was not nessary to install an oil cooler as I have a larger radiator, I live in Vancouver Bc but it still get hot here.
Can I install a oil cooler with thermastate control or is all this to complicated
