Are you positive that this is true? I have most of my components but may not be able to complete my car because of commitments at work. On the other hand, I don't want to work all year on the car not knowing if I can get an SB100 number next year. I'm thinking about getting a number while they are available, but I don't want to start the process over and pay the fees again if I don't finish by 12/31/04.
