Nope, it's pretty close. I do have a heat shield in between exhaust & filter but have been thinking of removing the filter altogether since I have a filter sitting before the pickup pump now so it's a bit superfluous.
Alvin, with the engine sitting more forward you may still have clearance issues with a 5Ltr. Kind of hard to know until you try it.
