Makes no difference what BJ is paid out of the proceeds. Point is what the buyer is willing to pay for the car. Point is that even when the "Rods" sold for big number it seems they usually had some big name in the Hot Rod world connected with the car or involved in the build. Thats the way it seemed to me.

Yes. "Names" did bring the money, but recongnizable names in the muscle performance world... "Z28", "Hemi", "Calloway", "Shelby"..

I'm just pointing out the obvious. After all I am the master of the obvious.

Clay: My point was that if it was an "aluminum car" the hood wouldn't look like someone was trying to make it look like aluminum.
