V-8, I'm running Trick Flow heads on my Windsor. It's punched out to 427 and has been significantly ported (heads and Vic. Jr. intake). There's a great article on fordmuscle.com regarding SBF head performance comparisons. If I had it to do over, I would probably go with AFR 205s and bigger header tubes (I've got 1 5/8" tubes currently). I replaced a stock stroke Windsor with my current rig and am still amazed at the difference in performance (I've gotten real used to fish-tailing in first and second). It pulls particularly strong through 6,500 RPMs, but has plenty of low end punch as well. Check my gallery for some motor pics.
