...to me, I see it as another way for Sanderson and Shelby to build authentic reproductions of the original. A very nice knockoff, but there is nothing original about it.
For someone to 'speculate' on the GT350SR's value, expecting it to appreciate, well, time will tell.
But I find it ludicrous that these SRs and Eleanor clones can reap more dinero than the original cars built by Shelby in the 60s.
Also, from a hobbyist perspective, it has driven the price of a decent 1st gen Mustang roller THROUGH THE ROOF!!!!! Try to locate a decent rust free roller for under $8K....near impossible.
