No, that would be impossible unless their equipment was totally up the clacker. The first guy assured me that EPA re-calibrate it every few weeks. I'll send you a PM about how I did it since I was astonished today to see how a simple search in Google.Com brought up my thread. Hence why I edited my previous notes in this thread.
