The accelerator cable would need to come in from the back instead of the front. Can be done but you might have to knock up a different cable bracket. Not sure of the path of the cable from this direction but it will be a bit more tricky to snake it down to your pedals.
I found though that the main height issue was the front right hand corner of the manifold. Once I solved this I didn't need to flip the throttle body.
