You can get Raydyots in convex...I use one for the middle and it works great. As Hal notes with the Pegasus (which look great IMO...Turk had one on the ERA), the convex mirror really cuts down on headlight glare. The two side ones are mounted on the windshield frame via highly sought-after Buckley mounts.
