Hi,

When I first started my A&C I worked with John York from York sports cars in Virginia. He builds a lot of A&C kits and knows how to do it top dollar and budget plan. Since the real halibrand type wheels can be pretty pricey, He recommended a wheel from American racing wheels called a "chrome nugget" (bought through Pep Boys) It's actually a truck wheel, but comes with the correct offsets. I didn't pursue that route so I don't remember any more of the details. But if you do a search on York Sports cars, you can give John a call. Numerous folks here have worked with him and will tell you that John doesn't mind sharing what he has learned even when isn't going to make a buck from it. Give him a call. You can mention my name if you need an opening.
