Mongrel, On the subject raised by TampaFla, ie. the second hand or disposal value of a cobra.
Frankly, I think there is a valid reason to think that any cobra registered in the near future in any state in Australia will maintain value very well. In fact they may well turn out to be an excellent investment to their owners.
Reason being that the way Australian authorities are going, it may well end up that that PCV's (personal constructed Vehicals) will have to meet ADR's so strict that it would be almost impossible to incorperate the technology in a personally constructed vehical.
It could, conceivably, end up that PCV's have to have such things as air bags, ABS brakes, traction control and all manner of hi-tech rubbish that the average weekend wrench wont have the expertise to build em.
If that happens, second hand vehicals will be in demand.
