Roger Howard at Howard Instruments in Northern Rd, Heidelberg, Melbourne is currently making VDO instruments using the Smith faces.
You may possibly be able to see them on my dash photo.
They were very reasonably priced , with all of the sender units they cost me under $1400. I ran the full six gauges - including clock - with the Tacho and Speedo. All electric so no hassle with lines.
