yep i have a 9 sec cobra in my shed powered by a , ahhggg must i say it ,, a small block chev, ,, makes me think somedays i should of gone the same way ,,,o no why did i say that, ,the shame ,, anyway as long as you are putting it in a cobra body which power plant is just a matter of choice , cheers.
