Mr. Woodard...I would consider you in good company as I too prefer hydraulic over solid. With a solid one you have to depend on a fixed mechanical object in order to make it work....used by a lot of real "old timers" and Royality. With hydraulics it is the normal flow of youthful juices that makes everything work....nothing to adjust or fiddle with as nature takes care of everything. When the juices stop flowing it just means your're dead...simple as that. Hydraulics is like letting your natural youth do the work without wrenches..."feeler" gauges and such as needed with a solid.....with hydraulics you simply "set it" and "forget it" as it will take care of itself.
