I have to agree with Jamo. I do, at times, refer people to the Search engine on CC; particularly, when a question has been asked repeatedly. My reason for doing so is strictly utilitarian, and I don't mean to offend anyone, least of all someone new to the forum. Often times, the question has been asked so many times that, on some occasions, no one will bother answering it. Ron (Computerworks) and I have discussed this and he is working on putting together a FAQ topic list that might help newbies in there search of the most "sought after answers" to the most "sought after questions".

Again, my desire for expediency may have offended someone; my intent was not to be short with the poster, but to simply short cut the process.
