John: Mine is titled in Ohio as a "2001 Self Assembled Vehicle" (SAV) 1967 Ford Cobra Replica.
My insurance is State Farm with a Antique/Classic/Replica policy. It is insured as a 1967 Ford Cobra Replica and has an Agreed value of 40k with full coverage 300/100 including towing for $220 a year. They say 3000 miles but don't ask for a milage statement when the policy renews.
