I have personally dealt (purchased parts ) with Rob McQuarie @ Blue Oval Performance, and George Anderson from Gessford Machine ( whom I met at Run & Gun), and both of them have been excellent to deal with. They spent time with me on the phone discussing FE issues when they didn't have to. I have full confidence that either of them could build me a reliable, high output engine. From others posts, I think that Eric at Perf. Eng would be fine, Parham at Southern Automotive, and recently Keith Craft all could build me a similar reliable engine. Actually, I think there are too many engine builders to pick from. I don't think a FE dyno challange will help anybody in the long run. I think customer satisfaction keeps the orders coming in for all of these engine builders. I wish I had enough money and car projects to give each of them an order. If I have an engine built for me, it's going to be a hard decision on who to order it from.
Sizzler, contact Kinsler fuel injection, as they build multi-port EFI systems, with their intake or any intake that you supply. They also handle different fuel management EFI systems. Schubeck lifters I think are the solid lifters that are rounded on the bottom. I wouldn't use these, as they slide on the cam lobe. Flat tappet lifters rotate (spin) on the cam, and rollers of course roll. I don't think sliding on the cam lobe is a good thing. Talk to Comp CAms or Crane Cams for their opinion.

The crowd was jumping up and down as he stunned the Chevrolet drivers by easily passing the entire field to finish second behind MacDonald's other team Cobra. The Corvette people were completely demoralized."
