Attached is a photo which may assist.

My scoop is approx 630mm long and 600mm wide with a 50mm opening at the front (narrowest point).

Engine fits snug (approx 5mm clearance) with the only problem being the air intake pipe rubbing the scoop under hard acceleration (one of those felt pads prevents any paint damage).
