Intake photo attached.
What you don't see is the 100mm flexy pipe running under the wheel arch and the filter mounted in front of the radiator.
Note a special bracket was needed to mount the filter to the rad (blue tac).
It's never come off and allows the filter to flex in the heat.
If it works don't fix it
