I can't advise you on the color for your coil cozy - I was born without the decorating gene. But I can suggest you avoid locations that are too hot. And unless you have one of the special racing coils, it needs to be mounted upright. Take it from someone who knows - a coil will puke its guts out and make a terrible mess if it overheats.
