Nascar does predetermine who will win a specific race. See what they did to Bill Elliott on the last turn of the last lap at Homestead! They had snipers on the rooftop shoot out his tire so he didn't win. Bobby Labonte was Nascars pick to win that day! Elliott wasn't.
