I have been folling a lot of these ,I am thinking they used preaaproved so you have to email them first,they give you the payment and delivery details , if you are ok with it,you can bid,versus a guy getting excited and ending the auction,then they would have to start all over since 98% will realize it is a scam and not follow thru.
They also tend to have shipping included.me thinks this is so they have control,no one will ask them their address for a shipping quote,since there is no real address,,Tim
