Hello- can somebody please tell me where to get straight answers on NJ inpection requirements? I heard that there's a new law saying when you transplant motors the motor must be made in the same year as the car or newer. how can i get around this? I put an old 351w in a 1986 mustang and wanted to get it on the road this week..... i called DMV and can not get straight answers. please help. thanks
