We are about 45 minutes from the track, on the Donaldsonville side of town. If accomodation becomes a problem there are numerous motels in this area, and I could look into it if need be.
Ya'll will know what a great cook she is after a sample on Friday.
It's amazing what she can do with those pots and pan things in the kitchen.
