QQ plates are NOT legal for replicas in NJ unless your replica is 25 years old.
I know quite a few have QQ registration on Cobras but that is done with creative registration techniques.
Best bet is to register as a collectable.

BTW QQ has a one time registration fee, it was $47.50 lifetime.
