Remove the line and put a pressure gauge at the hose.

If you can not build pressure, the pump may not be working.

Dirty as this may sound, it may be better to make sure it pumps by removing the hose and just pumping it a time or two allowing the fuild to drain into a cup.

At least you'll know it pumps.

Then move to the slave. Bleeder should be on top of the cylinder.

Remove the teflon tape, not good for bleeders.
