There is currently a $6K rebate on the TBird and there are 2003 models still remaining that are moving like molasses in January. This only 2 years after the vehicle was introduced.

The GT might indeed appreciate over time, but I wouldn't gamble $65K on it.

Ford plans to make a total of approximately 3,000 GTs over the next 3 years. Probably 800 will be delivered this calendar year. I'll bet that by the start of 2005, new GTs will be readily available at sticker or less.
